Limitation of Liability Disclosure

This Limitation of Liability Agreement ('LLA') is intended to set realistic expectations for the services provided by CamTech Consulting ('we', 'us', 'our') and to clarify the scope of our responsibility regarding the business decisions and outcomes experienced by our clients ('Client', 'you', 'your').

By engaging with CamTech Consulting’s Feasibility Analysis and related services, you acknowledge and agree that any and all decisions made based on our reports, advice, or recommendations are made solely at your discretion and risk.

1. Nature of Services Provided
CamTech Consulting provides AI-enhanced consulting services, feasibility studies, market analysis, and strategic insights. While our insights are based on best practices, industry benchmarks, and data modeling, our services are advisory in nature and not a guarantee of business success, profitability, or sustainability.

2. No Legal or Financial Guarantees
You acknowledge that CamTech Consulting does not offer legal, accounting, financial, or investment services. Our reports and recommendations are not to be interpreted as financial advice, and we strongly recommend seeking guidance from licensed professionals for legal, tax, funding, or investment decisions.

3. Risk Disclosure
All businesses involve risk. Market conditions, consumer demand, competitive behavior, regulatory requirements, and unforeseen events can impact the success of any venture. Our feasibility reports attempt to provide insight based on available data, but they cannot predict every variable or outcome. You understand that outcomes may vary, and that business failure is a possible result regardless of any analysis provided.

4. No Responsibility for Outcomes
CamTech Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from decisions made based on our reports, consultations, or assessments. This includes, but is not limited to: financial losses, reputational harm, missed opportunities, operational issues, or legal consequences arising from business operations.

5. Client Assumes Full Responsibility
The Client agrees that they retain full responsibility for their decisions, investments, and business operations. All actions taken before, during, or after engagement with CamTech Consulting are at the sole discretion of the Client. We do not manage, operate, or oversee any part of your business activities and do not act as fiduciaries.

6. Accuracy of Client-Supplied Data
Our insights and reports are dependent on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the data you provide. CamTech Consulting is not liable for incorrect conclusions resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the Client.

7. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CamTech Consulting, its team members, and affiliated contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our services, your breach of this agreement, or your business actions.

8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivering our services due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, power outages, or regulatory interruptions.

9. Maximum Liability
In any event, CamTech Consulting’s total liability for any damages arising from the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for those services. This cap on liability is a fundamental part of our agreement.

10. Agreement Duration
This Limitation of Liability applies from the moment the Client engages with our services and survives the termination or completion of those services.

By signing or engaging in services, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Limitation of Liability Agreement. We appreciate your understanding as we work together to provide informed, data-driven guidance to support your business journey.
